Presque Isle’s Denim ‘n’ Dessert Readers’ Theatre will hold open auditions for the House on Haunted Hill next Wednesday, Sept. 10.

Denim ‘n’ Dessert is a community Readers Theatre troupe, meaning shows are performed in a live reading format out of scripts. Audience members can expect to enjoy the usual features of theatre, however, such as full costumes, sets and props.

The troupe will present the House on Haunted Hill on Oct. 3 and 4 at the Presque Isle Community Center. Admission is free, although donations are welcome.

Auditions will take place at the Presque Isle Community Center on Wednesday, Sept. 10 from 3:30–6 p.m. No memorization will be required. New members are welcome in both onstage and backstage roles.
