Farm-to-fork event benefits students

The DC Everest Education Foundation will be hosting its annual Roots Dinner on October 2 at the Rothschild Pavilion.

The dinner will be a signature farm-to-fork experience curated by One Reliable, one of Central Wisconsin’s culinary teams. Guests will begin the evening with a cocktail hour from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. featuring drinks and d’oeuvres, followed by a seasonal, locally-sourced dinner that highlights the agricultural heritage of the region.

Throughout the night, the Foundation will honor distinguished alumni and induct new members into the Athletic Wall of Fame. The evening will also feature a silent auction and a live “Fund-a-Need” auction, with all proceeds benefiting the DC Everest Education Foundation’s mission to enrich educational opportunities for all students.
