The Wausau School District has announced in a press release that it is entering into a purchase contract with Faith Christian Academy for the Hawthorn Hills Elementary School.
The property is located at 1600 Kickbusch Street in Wausau. The transaction is anticipated to close in mid-August. Hewitt-Texas and Grant Elementary schools are still on the market and the school district continues to work with local broker and real estate agent Tim Wimmer on the sales of those prospective properties.
