City Pages learned today that WAOW anchor Neena Pacholke passed away this weekend.

The TV station says Pacholke died Saturday but did not specify her cause of death. Included in the report was a note to seek help for mental health concerns.

Pacholke ranked third in City Pages’s Best of Wausau Survey under the best anchor award. She’d worked at WAOW for five years, and was an anchor for three of those years, WAOW staff say. She was 27 years old.

City Pages extends its condolences to Neena’s family and her coworkers at WAOW.
