‘All Stars Under the Stars’ Concert Donates $7,500 to Local Veterans

The Man of Honor Society announced it received a substantial donation from All Stars Under the Stars, following its annual Concert on the Square fundraising event. On September 13, the All Stars Under the Stars organization presented the Society’s officers with a check for $7,500.

This donation marks the third consecutive year that the All Stars Under the Stars event has dedicated its proceeds to the Man of Honor Society, reinforcing a strong partnership aimed at supporting local military veterans and their families. The funds raised are critical for the Society’s mission to provide direct financial assistance during times of crisis and need.

The Man of Honor Society has a long track record of providing support to the veteran community, operating since 2004. The organization emphasizes its philosophy as offering “a hand up, not a hand out,” focusing on empowering veterans through specific financial relief. Over its two decades of service, the Society has distributed a significant amount of aid, totaling over $1,500,000.00 to veterans and their families. Their work continues to grow, with total assistance provided last year reaching $80k.

The Concert on the Square is a highly anticipated community event, and the success of its fundraising efforts is a direct result of local generosity. The $7,500 contribution will be immediately put to use to fund the Society’s ongoing case-by-case assistance programs. These programs address various critical needs, which can include emergency housing, utilities, medical bills and other essential support that veterans and their families may qualify for.
